Garlic Butter Tuna is a delicious blend of premium tuna, rich butter, and aromatic garlic, creating a quick and protein-rich meal that's perfect with bread, pasta, or rice.
Ingredients
1 can munnujii tuna (drained)
2 tbsp butter
4–5 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
Salt to taste
Method
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
Add the drained tuna and break it apart gently with a spoon.
Season with black pepper, chili flakes, and a little salt if needed.
