Garlic Butter Tuna is a delicious blend of premium tuna, rich butter, and aromatic garlic, creating a quick and protein-rich meal that's perfect with bread, pasta, or rice.

Ingredients

    • 1 can munnujii tuna (drained)
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 4–5 cloves garlic, finely minced
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
    • Salt to taste 

 

Method

  • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
  • Add the drained tuna and break it apart gently with a spoon.
  • Season with black pepper, chili flakes, and a little salt if needed.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Garnish with parsley or coriander and serve hot.
