Returns & Exchange Policy
Munnujii does not allow returns after an order has been placed and paid for by the
buyer. Buyers should place an order only if they agree to this condition.
Munnujii will accept product exchanges purchased through the website under the following terms and
conditions:
- Exchange requests will only be accepted if the product(s) received by the buyer are damaged or
expired. Exchanges will be processed solely under these circumstances.
- The Buyer must notify Munnujii of their intention to exchange damaged products within 2 hours of
delivery to their shipping address.
- Any damaged products should only be returned after receiving written email consent from
Munnujii.
- All replacements will be issued after the returned product is received by Munnujii.
- Return orders must be sent back to the address from which they were dispatched, as confirmed by
Munnujii.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You cannot cancel the order and demand once they have been successfully placed and processed by
the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following situations:
- If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
- Refund requests for damaged products will not be entertained, as these will be exchanged
according to our exchange policy.
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of written confirmation and
will be issued via the customer’s original payment method.
- Returns will not be accepted if a customer wants to return the product because they do not
like it after delivery or feel it doesn’t meet their expectations.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases
- Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer
- Absence of recipients at the provided address or premises.
- Refusal to receive products.
- Delivery to the place or person specified by the customer other than the customer
themselves.
- Any unforeseeable circumstances outside our control.

COUPON TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Coupons are available for a limited time only. Munnujii retains the right to alter or revoke
coupons at any time
- The coupon are valid only when used one the specific items that we deem to qualify.
- The coupons can exclusively be used on Munnujii for products that are shipped and sold
directly by Munnujii. They are not applicable to products from third-party sellers or other
online marketplaces.
- Each customer is entitled to use only one coupon
- If a product purchased with a coupon is returned, the value of the coupon discount may be
subtracted from the refund.
- Standard shipping and handling fees apply to all purchases in accordance with our Shipping &
Returns Policy.
- Offers are valid while stocks last.
- Coupons are invalid where prohibited by law.
- Munnujii is not liable for any tax responsibilities associated with the issuance or usage of
coupon
- Consumers must pay any applicable taxes associated with the use of the coupon.
- Coupons are null and void if they are restricted or banned by legal regulations.
