Tuna Fried Noodles is a quick and tasty noodle dish made with noodles, canned tuna, fresh vegetables, and simple sauces. It is easy to prepare and perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:-
Noodles – 200 g
Canned tuna – 1 can (about 150–160 g), drained
Onion – 1 small, sliced
Carrot – 1 small, thinly sliced
Capsicum – ½, sliced
Cabbage – 1 cup, finely chopped
Garlic – 2–3 cloves, chopped
Soy sauce – 1–2 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – as needed
Cooking oil – 1–2 tbsp
Spring onion – for garnishing
Tips:-
Do not overcook the noodles. Cook them until just tender, drain well, and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.
Instructions:-
Cook the noodles: Boil noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and keep aside.
Prepare the vegetables: Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and onion and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add carrot, capsicum, and cabbage: Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes while keeping the vegetables slightly crunchy.
Add tuna: Add the drained canned tuna and gently mix with the vegetables.
Add sauces: Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, and a little salt. Mix well.
Add noodles: Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
