Here’s a Classic Tuna Macaroni Salad recipe featuring Munnujii Tuna creamy, filling, and perfect for a quick meal or picnic.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 250 g elbow macaroni (or any small pasta)
  • 1 can Munnujii Tuna, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or hung curd (optional, for a lighter dressing)
  • 1 small carrot, finely grated
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup capsicum/bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 boiled egg (optional), chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish

Tips

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of mustard or paprika to the dressing.
  • Use whole-wheat or quinoa pasta for a healthier version.

Instructions
    1. Cook the pasta:
  • Boil macaroni in salted water.
  • Drain, rinse under cold water, and let it cool completely.
    2. Prepare the dressing:
  • In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, yogurt (if using), lemon juice/vinegar, salt, and pepper.
    3. Mix it up:
  • Add cooked macaroni, tuna, carrot, celery, bell pepper, onion, and boiled egg to the bowl.
  • Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
    4. Chill & Serve:
